UAE Foreign Policy |
The Foreign policy of the United Arab Emirates rests on the firm foundation of mutual respect for other states and non-interference in their internal affairs. Our relations with other nations are based on the advancement of mutual interests, the cultivation of the spirit of cooperation and good neighborly relations, and the resolution of disputes through peaceful means, as well as adherence to Arab, Islamic and international covenants. The UAE stands on the side of the right, truth and justice and seeks to enhance international peace and security in solidarity with international community.
The United Arab Emirates foreign policy emanates from deep rooted and enduring certainties, and strives to foster friendly relations with other nations of the world on the basis of mutual respect, understanding, dialogue and cooperation. The UAE rejects all forms of terrorism, violence and extremism, and remains committed to international law, covenants and treaties, and supports all calls to peace that may spare the world needless tragedy.
