Abu Dhabi fab investment boosts Upstate New York economy

A groundbreaking ceremony was held in Saratoga, New York to inaugurate construction on the 4.2 billion dollar GlobalFoundries chip manufacturing facility. Once completed, the fab is anticipated to create over 5,000 jobs in Saratoga County.
