The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, D.C., celebrates the 37th anniversary of the unification of the Armed Forces of the UAE. His Excellency Yousef Al Otaiba, UAE's Ambassador to the United States, welcomed distinguished guests to the embassy alongside Defense Attache Staff Colonel Abdelrahman Al Mazmi. The event was attended by senior officers from the US and other nations' armed forces, as well as diplomats and senior government officials. The annual Armed Forces celebration in Washington, DC highlights UAE’s enduring partnership with the US Military. The UAE is proud to provide ongoing and essential support for US forces, and contribute to efforts to fight terrorism and extremism, while working to increase stability and peace in the region.
