UAE Consul General in New York joins with local organisations to support needy families during Ramadan

On behalf of the United Arab Emirates Consulate in New York and the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation, the UAE Consul-General in New York, Majid Al-Suwaidi, provided a $10,000 donation to the Islamic Circle of North America, ICNA, Relief USA, which was chosen as a beneficiary by the New York Police Department’s Muslim Officers Society. ICNA is an organization dedicated to building supportive Muslim Communities by providing care to victims and survivors of disasters. The donation will help ICNA support families in need of healthcare, housing, and food. The Consulate values the importance of giving back to the community and also provided food assistance to over 100 families in need during the Holy Month.
