Visa Requirements for United Nations - Laissez-passer

To apply for a visa, please submit the following:

  1. A complete application form with photo attached.
  2. An original passport (should not expire within six (6) months from the expected time of arrival to UAE).
  3. A colored photo size (2×2 inches) with white background.
  4. An original cover letter from one of the concerned United Nations offices that includes information about the trip, the traveler, and the expected departure date.
  5. An invitation letter in Arabic from the sponsor.
  6. A colored copy of the passport and the application with photo attached.
  7. A colored copy of the original national passport bio page.

Note:

  1. All application forms must be typed.
  2. The applicant must be inside the U.S. during the visa process.
  3. All visas require prior approval from the UAE authorities, so the visa process will take around 3 working days.
