Visa Requirements for US Citizens (regular passport only)
US citizens do not need to apply for a visa before traveling to the UAE. Visas are issued upon arrival to the UAE and are valid for 30 days from the date of entry. If you are planning to stay longer, you can request to extend your stay through the nearest immigration office in the UAE.
Please make sure to have the following before departure:
- An original passport (should not expire within six (6) months from the expected time of arrival to UAE).
- A round-trip airline ticket or confirmed ticket to another destination.
