The UAE Continues to be the Top MENA Destination for US Exports

The United Arab Emirates remains the United States’ top export destination for the entire Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region for the thirteenth year in a row, according to data released by the Census Bureau’s Foreign Trade Division at the U.S. Department of Commerce.

On International Holocaust Remembrance Day, we join the international community in preserving the memory of the six million Jews and millions of others murdered by the Nazis.

Today, we are reminded of our shared responsibility to confront antisemitism and extremism, in all forms and wherever it exists. We must continue to promote mutual respect and inclusion of all faiths, and condemn those who pursue violence in the name of hate. We all must remember and we will never forget.

UAE Embassy Organizes 5K Race in New York Celebrating 50 Years of History and Friendship

Washington, DC (December 5, 2021) - On Saturday, December 4, 2021, the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Washington, DC organized a 5K race at Prospect Park in Brooklyn, New York in celebration of the UAE’s 50th anniversary. The “UAE 5K for the 50th” also featured traditional Emirati experiences that showcased the history and culture of the UAE. New York State Senator Kevin Thomas blew the whistle to kick off the race, and more than 700 people participated in the 5K run and activities.
